Natural Remedies for Arthritis, Joint and Bone Aches & Muscle Cramps

Chronic inflammation in the body causes weakness and will eventually lead to tissue death. By implementing an anti-inflammatory diet, muscle cramp, joint and bone pain cause from swelling will decrease, soon heal and will be gone.  Omega-3 fatty acids found in foods like cold-water fish, chia seeds, flax seeds and walnuts shall reduce inflammation in the body.

Do not presume that joint pain is arthritis. It can also come from the muscles, tendons, and ligaments around the joint. This is true even if the x-rays are abnormal (or even horrible). I used to know people who were in such agonizing pain all the time, that even brushing teeth had become a painful task. The suggested remedies below will help to heal your body. But, you must keep in mind that for any treatments to be effective you must change your diet to a healthy one.

Nearly seventeen thousands (17,000) Americans unnecessarily die yearly from arthritis medications. Although these medications can sometimes be helpful, natural remedies have been shown to be far more effective, very safe and long lasting. In addition, they help heal your joints, as opposed to medications, which will actually accelerate arthritis.

MUST - STOP - CONSUMING: all wheat products (breads, cereals, cakes, pastas, etc.), sodas, soft drinks, all forms of alcohol, coffee, bottled water and juices, sugar, artificial sweeteners, tobacco, fast foods, packaged snacks, processed foods, all soy bean and corn products, all fat free, sugar free stuff, and generally all that comes out of a box, canister, or plastic container.

BUY - FRESH - INGREDIENTS: fresh vegetables, fruits, eat white American rice instead of pasta, for your fiber. Herbal tea, or ginger tea instead of coffee, you can make pitchers of freshly squeezed fruit juices and ginger teas and keep them in the refrigerator to crunch your thirst when needed and prolong your health and life. Buy your favorite meet lean and don’t over cook your meet and vegetables.   Use raw garlic in your salad, and cook with it as well; garlic and ginger are your best friends.

IMPORTANT: if you have access to fresh green Cannabis leaves, simply juice couple of them daily and mix the few drop you get with a glass of freshly squeezed fruit juice and enjoy. And no, you will not get high, to get high you have to cook, burn, or age Cannabis.
