Why Everybody Is In Bad Mood All The Time.?

No matter where one looks, trains, buses, streets, stores shopping, among family members, everywhere we look it seems majority of folks are in bad mood. I myself, used to be very critical of everybody and everything and not a very cheerful man. At some point each of us should begin searching for reasons why we are unhappy, angry and in a bad mood.
The first thing you are going to discover is that in order to be happy you have to be healthy first. And I mean real healthy, free from all pharmaceutical toxic drugs. Free from all GMOs, processed foods, all forms of alcohol, coffee, sodas, tobacco, sugar, all things artificial and sleepless nights. Instead enjoy fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, your favorite cut of real meats with moderate amount of fat on them. In addition to 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep. One of the vital skills everyone need to acquire is cooking, learn all about herbs and spices and how to cook. Stop poisoning yourself and your family with EMR emitting cellphones, microwave ovens, wireless and WiFi ionizing radiation.
From the time of birth to adulthood we are heavily influenced by countless hypnotic suggestions from the world around us, our parents, foods, diets, school, teachers, dumbing down education, community, mind-numbing television and entertainment, news, politics, professional sports, idiotic songs, and so on. Every action and every word depending on the method of delivery, is going to stay with us, either in our conscious mind, or subconscious mind.
The experiences and emotions residing in our subconscious mind will form our character and personality. And the ones which reside in our conscious mind, become our known recorded memory, our experiences and our knowledge. We can easily change and update our conscious mind, but not so easily our subconscious mind.
Blaming parents and others from early childhood and up bringing will never be helpful. Because every time you remember, think and talk about a past emotion (trauma) your body and brain are going to suffer the same damaging consequences. If you don’t over come your past emotions you will never be able to create a new healthy, happy life and future. Focus on your way of thinking, talking and behaving which forms your personality. Your personality creates your life, your personal reality and your health. And since your personality was formed long time ago, it will always be focused on your past experiences, meaning that you will be living in vicious cycle of the past emotions, coupled with constant judging of others, blaming and complaining.
As you make progress, pay close attention to your thoughts, your conversation with friends and family. Memory companied with emotional charge is living in the past. But memory with no emotional charge is wisdom.
Thinking causes emotional reaction. Positive thinking causes positive, healing emotional response. Negative thoughts cause adverse effects, and will physically and emotionally harm you. You can think your way out of any illness, or think yourself into many chronic diseases.
To change your life you have to change your personality. You have to become conscious of your subconscious thoughts and behaviors. You have to pay attention to how you think, how you talk, how you act and how you feel. Thus gradually become aware of all of your automatic, or subconscious thoughts and behaviors. And each time when you catch yourself saying: “I can’t believe I said that.” Or I don’t know what happened, I never meant to hit anybody.” That is the window into your subconscious mind. Behaving out of control and miserable, judging others, while suffering from couple of chronic illnesses, popping pills, confused as how did you get there, and how to change your life for better.
Keep in mind that you are hosting many hypnotic suggestions of the past in your subconscious mind. To discover each and every one of them you must examine every single one of your past and current behaviors and decisions, thus gradually wiped them off your subconscious mind. I recommend meditation. Simply sit, or lie down, where you will not be disturbed, and begin to focus on your calm deep breathing, inhale and hold it for a moment, followed by exhaling slowly, for 30 minutes at first and gradually increase your meditation duration.
Change and or growth does take time and requires patients and persistence. Nothing on Earth can make you happier than creating your new and improved personality, health and new amazing life.
