We are amidst a metabolic health crisis that has taken the world by force, hijacking our biology, creating cellular dysfunction, and ultimately making us overweight, depressed, infertile, and chronically ill.

Our broken food system and the politics that influence it are to blame. The incentivization of processed grains, refined sugar, and sugar-sweetened beverages for profit has created an internal breeding ground for inflammation, insulin resistance, obesity, diabetes, cancer, and Alzheimer’s disease.

Perhaps the most devastating part of Big Food and Big Soda’s agenda is that it comes at the cost of destroying the cellular and metabolic health of the next generation. Nearly 25 percent of children meet the criteria for prediabetes, and 40 percent of children are clinically diagnosed as obese.

They also discuss the role of education in health and how research studies, academic institutions, and the media are funded by pharmaceutical and Big Food lobbyists that skew data in favor of their food or drug products. Calley believes educating people on how their body works with access to biofeedback devices and making a healthy lifestyle more accessible are keys to empowerment and the freedom to be able to make informed health choices.  

Calley Means is the founder of TrueMed, a company that enables Americans to buy exercise equipment and healthy food with FSA/HSA dollars. He is also the coauthor (with his sister, Dr. Casey Means) of an upcoming book on food as medicine. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant for food and Pharma companies and is now exposing the practices they use to weaponize our institutions of trust. He is a graduate of Stanford and Harvard Business School.

Dr. Tom Cowan Exposes ‘Playbook’ or Pattern Behind COVID, AIDS, Cancer and Vaccine Diseases

Dr. Tom Cowan explains what he calls a ‘playbook’ that is used by the parasite ruling class currently in charge to convince medical, health workers of an existence of highly lethal ‘syndrome’, caused by never seen nor isolated “virus”, which could mean just about anything, such as COVID. Thus doctors encouraged by high commission they receive on drug sell prescribed, convince the public to accept the treatment. In the early days of the onset of the syndrome, people are often sent to hospitals and given protocols that become the standard of care.

However, the treatment protocols are deadly. Dr. Cowan explained that during the COVID ‘pandemic’, thousands, and maybe millions of people were intubated and/or put on lethal drugs such as: Remdesivir and Midolazam, and killed. Where for each death certificate of COVID doctors got paid $100,000.00. A second part in his playbook model involves a second group of doctors who recommend lesser poisons and treatments, such as prednisone, zithromax and ivermectin.

However, Dr. Cowan says that doing nothing, resting during your body detoxing and changing your diet and lifestyle is never an option, which provides the best results.

Fictional Flu Virus Excuse For Taking Away Your Chickens

While everyone has been distracted by the COVID-19 fraud, many other aspects of the parasite ruling class globalists’ agenda have been cooking in the background. One of them is the removal of poultry and eggs from the worldwide food supply.

The so-called Avian Flu is being used as the excuse to cull hundreds of millions of birds. It may be a surprise to some people that this is essentially a restart of the narrative which was first tested a decade ago mass killing countless chickens and pigs using swine flu fictional virus excuse.
