The PROMIS software was developed by the Institute for Law and Social Research (INSLAW) in Washington, D.C., with grants from LEAA. INSLAW is currently modifying PROMIS so that it can be used independently by a court, prosecutor, or law enforcement agency or jointly by several agencies. - There were reports that a modified version of PROMIS was distributed for Mossad, Israeli intelligence purposes, by Robert Maxwell.

The significance of Trump’s unprovoked attack on Iran can not be overstated.  Also the magnitude of Trump’s deliberate deception, who in the middle of negotiation stabbed Iran in the back.  Followed by Israel murdering Iranian negotiation team.  And Israel bombing residential buildings in Iran.  As Israel have been doing to Gaza’s civilians, with complete impunity, using American funds and weapons.  No one in the right mind is going to believe and or trust United States anymore.  Trump set a dangerous precedent, which could come back and bit Israel and the United States in the…!

We, the humanity are indeed live in a barbaric world without rules, led and exemplified by Trump.  The latest 2025 NATO summit clearly is an unmitigated embarrassment to the United States and Europe.
