Palantir CEO’s Wild Statements + How Our Tax Dollars Built Palantir’s Global Surveillance Empire

Palantir is among the most secretive and understudied surveillance firms globally.  Founded by Peter Thiel and funded by the CIA (American people) up to $370 billion, the tech giant, Palantir is using automated artificial intelligence (AI) powered surveillance tools, targeting U.S. citizens, has quietly become one of the most powerful companies on planet Earth.

This video opens with Alex Karp, the CEO of Palantir, making provocative comments such as: “in the end, the rights you give up will be used against you.” Millions of Americans have files in different government databases, their movements, purchases and communications are all monitored and recorded by software developed by Palantir. The worst part is that we, the American people helped fund Palantir. The tech company has current and past contracts with the FBI, ICE, DHS, IRS, CDC, SEC, and the Pentagon (War Department). They process data for police departments and health care networks in multiple countries. Palantir is also in the banks processing and monitoring all of our private transactions.

Karp wrote a letter stating: “We have chosen sides and we know that our partners value our commitment. We stand by them when it is convenient and when it is not.” He is saying that they will support the government agencies regardless of what these agencies choose to do using Palantir software, without any moral and legal boundaries, no questions asked. This is a company explicitly saying they will enable any government action, seemingly no matter how authoritarian and tyrannical, as long as the check clears.

Palantir builds war technology - the fact that United States government had already teamed up with Palantir, should concern every American.  Palantir is paid for with U.S. taxpayer money.  Thus even though we, the American people paid for the Palantir software, Palantir claims ownership and benefits from the said software.  Leasing it to U.S. government in return for licensing fee. Palantir also profits by selling the same software to many other countries.
