On June 26, 2008 Dr. Judy Wood and Dr. Morgan Reynolds, both filed a lawsuit against the defendants listed below, on behalf of the people of United States of America, at United States District Court, Southern District Of New York.
Claiming that on September 11 2001, a United States secret military "Directed Energy Weapon" caused the destruction of World Trade Center one and two. plaintiffs’ attorney argues that the defendants:

Plaintiffs claim that a terrorist attacks were not responsible for the destruction of the World Trade Center complex. According to plaintiffs, the evidence demonstrates that the destruction of the World Trade Center Towers was caused by a United States secret military “DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON.” The Plaintiffs’ attorney argues that “the defendants knowingly participated in the fraud of furthering the false claim that two wide-body jetliners hit the World Trade Center on 9/11/01.”
Plaintiffs Wood and Reynolds commenced their respective individual actions on behalf of the United States Government for violations of the False Claims Act (“FCA”), 31 U.S.C. § 3729 et seq., claiming that the defendants hired by the Government were not entitled to payment for the allegedly fraudulent services they provided to NIST. The False Claims Act prohibits a person from attempting to get a fraudulent claim for payment approved by the Government, or using false records to reduce the amount one owes to the Government. In plaintiff Haas’ separate individual lawsuit, he seeks to enjoin NIST from continuing its investigation into the collapse of WTC7 on the grounds that NIST has violated the Information Quality Act9.
On July 11, 2008 both of the cases were dismissed, by the district court judge, George Daniels, saying:
"PLAINTIFF'S MOTION, PURSUANT TO FED.R.CIV.P.59(E) AND LOCAL RULE 6.3. THAT THIS COURT CONSIDER AND AMEND ITS JUNE 26, 2008 DECISION GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO DISMISS, IS DENIED."

The WTC towers each 1,368 feet or 417 meters tall, with combined weight of 2,500,000 ton of steel and concrete, together housing more than 100,000 computers, 100,000 telephones, 100,000 computer monitors, 100,000 desks, 100,000 workstation metal chairs, 75,000 printers, 75,000 fax machines, over 200,000 metal file cabinets, 3,000 water coolers, 3,000 refrigerators, the airplane jet engines and landing gears, 1,000s of huge windows, elevators, doors and door knobs, and 3,000 human beings were all pulverized into cold gray ashes, the Architects and Engineers are unable to explain what could have done that.?
